Suddenly, being best known for the Butt Fumble, doesn't seem so bad now.

It appears an irate (and intoxicated) Sanchez attacked a delivery driver (door dash) who wasn't moving his parked vehicle fast enough. The driver initially tried to mace him, but that was ineffective. so he pulled a knife to defend himself.

That’s going to cost him his gig for a long time, maybe forever. His only chance is if he goes through a professional rehab program, takes full responsibility, promises to never have another drink and play up the bit of how he’s the victim of an addiction. That’s a tall order. Furthermore, he wasn’t that great as an analyst anyway

New facts:

It appears a 69 year old truck driver was backed up to a loading dock in an alley when the altercation occurred with an intoxicated Sanchez. They have the hotel video footage that's pretty damning of Sanchez

Lesson learned; don't get lubed up and pick a fight with a guy who's still working past retirement age. Sanchez picked the wrong dog to kick.

He didn't exactly pick it since he was in a blackout. He could have easily picked a telephone pole instead. No judgement was actually going on.

Will this be Caleb Williams' future?

Seeing the picture of his victim in his hospital bed I don't see how Sanchez doesn't serve time in jail.

Will this be Caleb Williams' future?Getting stabbed, blood loss, probably in shock since they noted he was in critical condition. Trauma can also cause memory loss.

The victim is not only suing Sanchez. He's suing Fox Sports. I doubt that case will go very far but I get they wanna go for where the deep pockets are

How did the driver get his injuries? From getting punched/shoved against the car or to the ground by Sanchez? Sanchez didn't use a weapon on the driver, did he? I'm just trying to figure out what happened as it seems Sanchez (who is already hosed) is going to be much worse off if he used a weapon here.

That's the story his lawyers should go with, but it ain't true.

What does this have to do with Caleb Williams?

That's the story his lawyers should go with, but it ain't true.Don't you think claiming he was in a blackout follows the usual script more closely?

"I am addicted to alcohol/coke and will be checking into a rehab unit right away to get cured so that I can get my life back on track."
