In one of my leagues I have:
SP Jamie Moyer
SP Freddy Garcia
SP Joel Pineiro
The rest of my SP staff is:
Mike Mussina
Brett Myers and
Eric Milton
Categories are: W, L, CG, SV, HR, K, ERA, WHIP
I'm a little weak in K's, but have Dotel, Rhodes, and Benitez at RP to help out.
Ideally, I'd like to move one of my Mariners and was hoping that I'd get something in return for Moyer. Not the case. Everyone in our league won't touch him. The best offer I had for him was Odalis Perez. If that's the case, I'm keeping him. He's good for 18 wins, a mid 3 ERA and a decent WHIP.
Next I tried Freddy Garcia. No takers. Best offer: Mike Hampton. Won't do it. Freddy has #1 type stuff.
Next up: Joel Pineiro. Offers were a little better, but still not good. Randy Wolf was the best offer and their stats are nearly identical. Plus, I have 2 other PHI starters and didn't want to have a three-some there, either.
Any advice on how I can improve my SP situation???
