Wow, what a showoff.

And selfish, too.

Can't let anyone else in on the fun, no.

It's all about him.

Exactly. Probably purely selfish. Wanted to enjoy the evening fishing or something.

Or on a plane to LA.

And so help me, if the Reds leave him there, they are going to have to answer to me.

And it won't be pretty.

Rut-roh???
I just meant that we're gonna take a bit more time and take a good look at Dunn's worth to this organization before pursuing the next step. . .blah-blah-blah-blah-blah. . .

I sincerely hope that Dan'O can see Dunn's worth to this team and is going to do everything in his power (deals, restructuring, standing out on the GAB concourse with a tin can and a monkey, etc.) to get 'r Dunn!

Over and Dunn, thanks to Adam
Hudson tosses six innings of two-run ball, gets no-decision
By Kyle Jepson / MLB.com

CINCINNATI -- Adam Dunn lifted a walk-off home run to lead the Reds to a 3-2 victory over the Brewers on Sunday afternoon in front of 18,856 at Great American Ball Park.

Dunn's homer was the second for the Reds on the day, the first coming from Austin Kearns in the fourth with a runner on.

Luke Hudson tossed his best outing of the season. The right-hander went six innings and allowed two runs, receiving a no-decision in the effort. Hudson gave up a run in the first when Carlos Lee doubled in Lyle Overbay, and another in the fifth when Brady Clark's single knocked in Chad Moeller.

After Hudson left, the bullpen did everything it could to keep the Reds in the ballgame. Matt Belisle, Kent Mercker and David Weathers combined to throw three scoreless frames, each striking out two.

Those Casey's in the first two innings certainly helped. After that, I thought both pitchers pitched very well.

When I saw both Dunn and Pena in the outfield, I was prepared for an eventful afternoon at the ballpark. Thankfully, neither was presented with an opportunity to alter the game defensively.

Kearns' home run hit the top of the fence in the visitor bullpen and shot straight up.

I went over to the right field bleachers in the seventh expecting Dunn to win the game with a shot to me. He hit it two sections over. Jerk! :)

There must have been scouts at the game Adam was playing for.
