That's not a bad lineup. Lopez is struggling overall and doesn't hit well RH anyway, he could probably use a day off.

I smell lots of runs in this game. Hopefully just for the Reds.

The power hitters are all lined up, including the latest and greatest: Larue.Pena better do something today, because he's lagging lately.

Dunn in the 4 hole and Pena in the 5 is how I would do this lineup, but oh well. Pena is good against the lefties.

Lopez needs the day off maybe it will rejuvenate him. I would just as soon see Olmedo play than Aurilia but in 500 years who will know the difference.

Should be a lot of runs. Hill's ERA is 7.00 and Milton's is over six. But saying that it will probaby be a 1-0 game. ;)

The wind is blowing from the NW at 10 MPH in Chicago according to weather.com

Not sure if that means it's blowing in, out or sideways in Wrigley, but either way the wind shouldn't be too big of a problem today.

Put him in the 2 hole, and that's your lineup of the future (Larue or Valentin at catcher is fine)

Id rather see Dunn bat 4th, but Pena hits lefties pretty good and it also breaks up the back to back left handers in the lineup.

Pena who hits lefties well in the #4 slot, Larue in the #2 slot yesterday, and I like EE in the #8 hole. At least there seems to be a modicum of intelligence behind those moves.

I guess I got used Miley's head-scratchers and now that there is some semblance of rationality, I'm surprised.

Oh, I agree completely about the Everyday-8 lineups Narron trots out. I know I was among the thousands clamoring for Casey to be dropped down in the lineup, and he was. Moving Adam Dunn up in the lineup to get him more at bats and better pitches was a similarly smart move.

I also think he's doing a much better job managing the bullpen as well.

I think Kearns is at the point now where he has to win an MVP to make some people happy. Kind of reminds me of Eric Davis, the guy could never do enough while he was here.

I think people's expectations get so high for prospects, that when they don't develop into .400 OBP and 45HR guys, they get disappointed.

Kearns has been fine since he's come back. He can do better, but he's not the one dragging down the team.
