I am not suprised...and would not be suprised if SF takes 3 out 4.....

You take avg hitters and bring them in the GABP...along with below avg pitching....and you get hitters looking like superstars. No coincidence that people like Linden look like world beaters in this ballpark and against this pitching staff.

You also look at the starters for SF and JS is tough.....the Reds cannot hit Lowery......i have hope for a bombfest against Tomko though.

I hope they send EE back to Louisville. There is really no point in calling him up to sit on the bench in favor of Aurilia.

Reason number 136 why Narron should not be the manager next season. Bring in someone who knows how to handle young players.

Its a new eviroment for him.... Let him take it in slowly.... There was roughly 80 for so games left when he got called up... If he plays in 50-60 total games this year... Thats good....

No need to rush someone compeletly into it.

In an unprecedented move, Casey was traded to Seattle for phenom Felix Hernandez and the ability to travel through time in hopes of aquiring the rights to a 1995 Ken Griffey Jr. In turn the Reds trade 2005 Griffey Jr. to the Chicago White Sox for contract relief and a large Chicago style pizza. When asked why the Seattle GM would make such a deal? "We felt that Casey could really boost morale around here. Our hug levels are way down this year, and Sean's the MVP of hugging." ;)

Chris Welch is a buck passing type of guy...

The guy from FSN Bay Area, Mike Krukow, was slammimg the Reds body language after a called strike, when they were at the plate. This was earlier in the game. He said it was getting tiresome to watch. He failed to mention, that in the last two nights the Reds have had two of the worst umpires in the league calling balls and strikes. My quick beer math tells me that of the 16 umpires with at least 450 innings behind the dish, only seven have called more pitches strikes than C.B. Bucknor and no one has called more pitches strikes than Phill Cuzzi (last nights HP ump).

Chris Welch is a buck passing type of guy... he calls Milton a gamer, said he he knows how to win and now he's trying to blame the park for Miltons miscues.

Just plain sad.

The radio guys killed Milton. When he gave up the tying 3-run homer, he called his performance a "disappointing effort" and that his teammates must be frustrated to have provided him 7 runs and a healthy lead which he quickly surrendered. They went on to read his stat line for the year, called it atrocious.

I got a little ticked with the replays of Aurillia's first HR and the complaints of the fan reaching over the wall. Krukow was giving props to 1B ump Rapuano for trying to get in a better position to see the play though. Then they started talking about Rose and I just tuned them both out.

Isn't it Krukow who uses the telestraitor to white out fans during home games?
