I started to make fun of them, but then realized if we get smoked (we are the Reds after all) it'll be all my fault.

Gainesville Red

Why isn't Kearns in the lineup? He's been playin great lately?

Because it's wet. I mean you've seen how many bats he throws when it's dry out, right? There was a fan protest outside PNC park today when the Reds team bus rolled up. They had all signed a petition to hold Kearns out tonight in the intrest of the 10 or 12 people he surely would have killed above the dugout with slick bats. It's just plain unsafe. Better to go with Wily Mo tongiht.

WMR
08-26-2005, 07:52 PM
Plus Wily Mo can sometimes kill left-handed pitching.

Man, what a great way to battle back by Harang!!

Redman is throwing some serious batting practice right now, other than Pena who looked like he could care less, he was hit hard.

Harang has been much worse on the road this year compared to at home.

Home: 3.03 ERA, 1.08 WHIP, 89 innings, .664 OPS against

Road: 4.66 ERA, 1.40 WHIP, 75.1 innings, .743 OPS against

BTW how does that run get charged?

Earned run and no RBI for the batter right?

Before the world series in 1919 they poured gas all over the field and then lit it to dry it.
