Ohio State (And not just because that's where my rooting interest lies. No bowl wins since '93 for the Domers and Tressel has only lost one bowl game since arriving in Columbus. Buckeyes by at least a TD.)
West Virginia (Should be close, but I think WV takes the upset.)
Penn State (Simply the better team. This one won't be close.)
Texas (Texas is well-tested and USC hasn't played a team with a QB like Vince Young. Mack Brown's steely determination to shed the "Choker" rep wins out over Pete Carroll's loosey-goosey "fun guy" approach. I don't think it will be closer than a touchdown, either.)

Ohio State- Pick from the heart says they win, head says OSU won't get away with mistakes against Notre Dame and will have to actually earn their points as I don't think Notre Dame will be giving them many freebies via turnovers, while Ohio St has been known to be generous at times.
Florida State - Their defense might give the Penn QB fits, they've done that before against a similiar in Virginia Tech.
Texas - USC finally has to play a team with both an offense and defense
Georgia-If their qb is having a good day, so will they.

Ohio State (I'm not a particular OSU fan, but I don't think this one will even be close)
WVU (if they can play decent pass defense; look at WVU's Jahmile Addae as a key player)
Penn State (it'd be nice if they were playing a better team)
USC (Hook 'em horns, if you can. But if you can, it'll shock me).

OSU over ND -too much D, too physical on offense
Georgia over WVU - Shockley makes the difference for UGA
Fla. St. over PSU - always one upset in the BCS it seems
USC over Texas - USC's experience, gameplan the difference

Wow, Notre Dame just sliced and diced right through the Buckeyes defense on the first drive. They made that look easy. We'll see if Tressell can adjust to that, or else this could be a high scoring game.

Ohio State answers that drive with a long TD pass from Smith to Ginn.

And OSU adjusted pretty damn well. They are crushing Notre Dame, 21-7, and it could be worse.
By the way, Brady Quinn's sister is hot.

West Virginia is blowing Georgia out. 28-0 early in the 2nd quarter.
It's now a game as Georgia closed it to 31 to 21 before the half.

2-0!
SEC defenses got pounded once they stepped out of conferance this year. Down year for a usually strong conf.

They talk about speed all the time in games but, I have never seen a team with so many and so much speed as in the WV team and they did that against a good defense in Georgia.

UGA and Auburn maybe but LSU did well, Bama shut down the Texas Tech attack.

UGA and Auburn maybe but LSU did well, Bama shut down the Texas Tech attack.
But Miami has a bad offense, and LSU did give up over 500 yards and 31 points to Arizona State earlier in the season.
Texas Tech's offense struggled in 4 of their last 5 games. I do think Alabama has a legit defense. With just an average offense Bama could have been undefeated.

Ok 3/4 ain't bad, but 3/4 of the games could have went either way pretty easily. Entertaining bowl season.
