How long will Kullman be the GM? I'm kind of assuming that they will hire a new GM before the season starts, but I'm not really sure.

Also, with new ownership, new GM in charge, does this mean Narron will be replaced before the season?

BobCast has stated it will be 3 to 4 weeks before he hires a new GM, so Kullmen will be GM for at least that long.

Narron is very safe right now. From all indications he will make it thru the year, barring any horrendous play that might necessitate a quick change.

The writing is on the wall for Piniella to return in 2007, so my guess would be even if the Reds are stinking it up that Narron stays the full season.

I'm guessing that just as Castellini wants his "own people" in place, he won't make any decision regarding Narron until his new GM is in place. At that time, he and the new GM will make a decision regarding Narron's future.

They may also want to asses Narron's "people", especially since they've only had about half a season on board. Plus, there's Dent, who hasn't had a chance at all yet.

If Narron is replaced, would these people be dismissed too, without being given much, if any, of a chance?
