I know we did this a few times last year, thought it'd be fun to do again today.

My guess is Lopez finally gets a day off since he's coming off a rough night at the plate and it's a day game after a night game with no off day in sight. I think Womack cracks the lineup with Phillips moving over to short.

1. Freel CF
2. Aurilia 1B
3. Dunn LF
4. Kearns RF
5. Encarnacion 3B
6. LaRue C
7. Phillips SS
8. Womack 2B
9. Harang P

I think we might see Quinton for Dunn/Kearns b/c of the reason you sighted above but then again we are now trying to win the series so Narron may not want to change too much.

I think you may be right.

I'm not sure Womack will get the start against Willis. If Lopez sits, you may get McCracken in CF with Freel at 2B, Phillips at SS. I think Lopez will play though.

Don't rule out Valentin at 1st, Aurilia at 2nd, Phillips at SS, and Freel in OF...

...but God, I hope not...

Dunn hasn't had an off day yet this season. I get a feeling that he may get his first against Dontrelle. Runs for both sides may be at a premium so Narron may believe that better defense in LF may be worth more today.

The unthinkable has happened...Rich Aurilia is at SS today. :help:

Hatteberg against Willis? Oh my God...this is what happens when you have too many 2nd baseman. One is playing CF, one is playing SS and one is playing 2b. And Womack is useless. Denofria should have been brought up.

Hatte prediction: 0-4, 3k.

Kinda hard to single one person out to have a bad day when you're facing a pitcher like Dontrelle Willis.

Just pointing out that Hatte is having a rough year and they start him against a top lefty. Just doesn't make much sense.
