MLB.com has opened its online ballots for the ASG. Same protocol as before, you get 25 votes. Should prove interesting to see how the Reds fare. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say we don't get any starters, but will get 2 representatives.

Any takers?

Arroyo and EE if decided today. Possibly Coffey.

Bronson Arroyo would be the only one to make it as of right now.

Of course pitchers are decided by the managers so voting does help Todd or Bronson.

It'll be tough for EE to make it since either Rolen or Wright will win the fan voting and the other one will make it. Zimmerman may make it as the Nats lone representative. But I didn't think FeLo would make it last year either so who knows.

Maybe it's just me but don't you think it's really early to start voting on the ASG? It's not even May. I think I will wait until June to vote. I'll have a better idea on who's really have good season and not a flash in the pan.

Looking over the ballot and what not, I think it will be Dunn and Arroyo. The spectrum of OF talent in the NL seems to have changed with guys like Berkman going to 1B there seemingly to be a decline of overall talent. I think it's moreso young, unproven talent, and that will help Dunn get the nod in the OF.

I SO wanna see Dunn in the Home Run Derby.

Lopez should make it at SS, EE won't make it because of Rolen, Ensberg, and Wright,

Let's try to get Dunn and Lopez in. I'll be voting 25 times for those two, plus I'll give EE some votes.

Who was it last year that was able to rig the voting so that you could vote all Reds or all Felipe Lopez or all Ryan Freel? I can't remember. Whoever that was, any chance you could do it again? :D

I thought that was Unassisted.

Smith288 had something like that rigged up, IIRC.

Lopez should make it. Ten more homers by the AS break will seal the deal for him.

Arroyo has a decent chance to get selected.
