Retired Reds' Usher in Today's Ripley's comic

Today's Ripley's Comic marvels at Reds' usher Howard Purcell of Cincinnati. (I'll include the gist of it since the image link will break eventually.) It says that he served as an usher at every Reds home game since 1937 until he retired last year.
