His delivery looks smooth.....hopefully he can stay out of arm troubles (knock on wood). So far he is the impressing me with the way he has dominated a few games.

Looks like Homer drives alot of power from his legs. Maybe we should be worried about his knee rather than his shoulder?

tell you what i dont want to rush this guy at all cause we all know he has a future but if come to around August and were in this race i think we should think bout atleast calling him up and not just say no way.... go Homer!

That really doesn't make much sense, my friend. Sorry, but bringing up a 20-year-old kid who's never pitched above A-level to make his MLB debut in September in the middle of a pennant race might not be a great idea. If he fails, that would be ridiculously detrimental to his development. Just have some patience, wait a year or two and let him go up the ranks at a normal rate.

Bailey's floats his leg a bit when he throws a breaking ball. That would explain his problem with the Curve. When he doesn't float his leg, he has been lights out this year(3 of his last 5 starts). His last start, the first inning, he was floating his leg, though the feel for the offspeed pitch was good which bailed him out of first inning problems. 2nd through 6th innings he was perfect.

Even thinking about "bringing" up Bailey is crazy this season. At earliest next summer if he is consistant with his curveball and improved feel for his offspeed as he doesn't turn 21 to next May. He probably shouldn't be called to 2008 really, after a few starts in AAA. Impatience killed the Bowden;)

Aronchis, do you live in the Florida area and attend games? Just wondering how you knew of his leg issue with his curve as its the first time I have heard it. It probably would explain the struggles with locating it.
