Homer loses the perfect game on a walk and error but still has a no-hitter through 3.

I feel AA coming soon. Mid June.

I bet Homer is the type of pitcher a pitching coach loves and hates. When you press the right buttons, he is fantastic, when you don't, he looks like a waste of talent.

Homer melted down his last home start after the third baseman made a error that would have ended the inning, to such a level, he couldn't complete the inning. Tonight Lawhorn made a error but Homer didn't get fazed. Maturation.

Bailey loses the no-no after giving up a HR to an awful hitter.

Wow!!!!!

To much implosion late in this game. The Stuff is good, but maturity simple isn't there for a move to AA right now.

Bailey: 6.1 IP, 4 H, 4 R, 1 BB, 9 K

Who is the manager at Sarasota? They pulled Homer from the game both times when he had a no-no through 6, but keep him in for the 7th inning of a game when he has allowed three runs and probably thrown just as many, if not more, pitches than he threw in the no-no's.

Yeah, that wasn't a good move. 4.1 innings of no hit baseball, 2 innings of struggle. Really sumed up Homer's year to this date.

Aronchis, how do those 2 innings sum up anything??

OBM, Donnie Scott is the manager in Sarasota. I'm not really sure, though, why they left him in longer tonight and not when he was pitching really well. Doesn't make much sense to me either unless they just upped hit allowed pitch total. Does anyone else have a logical answer to this??

Finally got my computer working again tonight...

Didnt even realize it was Baileys turn to start tonight. His game wasnt that bad. The 2 home runs were bad, but 4 hits and a walk in 6.1 innings and 9 strikeouts isnt bad.

his ERA goes down to 3.83, though his WHIP is still too high.

I guess its not news anymore, but "superman" Denorfia went 2 for 4 in Louisville's victory and is hitting .336.
