that the Giants broadcast had a "technical glitch" and the microphone for the Giants PBP man went dead during the call of Bonds HR #715.

So what is just bad karma or ... ?

Add this to the ball being caught by a guy in the beer line, and this accomplishment seems to have gotten the reception it deserved.
