Just to show you how bad my attitude is about the TV crew--that should be enough to get him fired forever. Another thing--the constant telling of stories about the opposition. He notices a player in the Cleveland dugout and calls him by name, even though probably no one else watching could recignize him. His contant patter about the strengths of the opposition and how good Travis Hafner is--how a pitcher like Elaiardo is lucky not to have to face him, etc. And Welsh--the prototypical motor mouth, babbling on about all things George. I cut the sound off. I live for the times the Reds are playing away just to avoid those two clowns.

It's embarrassing. You'd think these were the Cleveland announcers.

On the other hand, there's only so many times you can talk about the Reds before you're repeating the same 5 stories over and over again. Eventually you've got to talk about the other squad. I just wish Grande would at least fake like he's not excited to see the Reds losing.

I saw PB pitch for the Angels out here.....he shut down teams several times. Teams with better hitters than this lineup.

If Jim Barr can go 5-0 against the Reds in 1976 (and not by tossing 5-6 innings either) than PB can sure as heck go 2-0 and shut down this team.
