Delete or combine or whatever.

RICH AURILIA IS GOD!

according to Narron.

07-14-2006, 06:42 PM
I really like Dunn being in the 2 hole with the high OBP and Griffey to protect him. Not to mention Narron keeps running the Dunn-Griffey in the 2 and 3 spots out there.

SirFelixCat

For the love of Christ, come on Jerry. Play the damn kid!!!

:pissedoff:

But good to see Dunn in the 2 hole.

reds44

If he needs to be in the lineup that bad, put him at SS over Clayton or put BP at SS and Rich at 2nd.

Screw you Narron.

Anyone want to wager on how many hits go "past a diving Clayton/Aurilia" tonight that actual mobile infielders would have fielded? I guess as long as the ones hit straight at them get thrown successfully to first, no one cares.

I hope you aren't counting Lopez as one of those "mobile fielders" because his range is even worse than Clayton's.

Well, I would prefer Phillips and Encarnacion.

Also I just irrationally loathe Royce Clayton, I have for his entire career, and have no logical justification for it.

Actually his lifetime .313 OBP might have something to do with it.

I agree. I'm not quite sure I believe they aren't going to switch Phillips to SS this year yet. Remember, he wasn't going to start when they traded for him and that lasted what.. 5 days?

I would not be at all surprised to see this Harris kid playing second within a week.

No, only young players have routine plays that they are supposed to make. Vets have to know how to win, and sometimes errors fall into that category. Like lulling the other team into a false sense of security. EdE could never do that.
