Ok, with the game coming to what it has in these late innings, if the Reds were forced to start using position players as pitchers, who do you think would go first then second and so on and so forth

Personally I think Scott Hatteberg would be first and then maybe Todd Hollandsworth....could you see Ryan Freel out there? Maybe even David Ross?

1. Scott Hatteberg
2. Todd Hollandsworth
3. Ryan Freel
4. David Ross

I think it would be Freel. He's one guy who will do whatever it takes to help the team and if he was asked to pitch, I don't think he'd question it.

if any of them were asked they would do it imo....it would be fun and they would have a good time with it...personally i think juan castro might be able to pitch...freel would overhype himself and probably kill himself.

EE, he would have a decent fastball. Even though he wasnt in the game last night.

Judging purely on arm strength I would like to see what Brandon Phillips could do.

EE would probably be sidearmed too like most of his throws to third.. that could be useful

Well if we still had kearns he would be the best bet. He got a pure cannon, plus he was a pitcher as well.
