There were two great day wins this year that I can remember off the top of my head: the extra-innings win against Milwaukee with the Lizard pitching a nine-inning shutout, won on a Dunn homer; and the comeback win against the Mets. Maybe those two games used up all the mojo.

Reds record in day games this year is 19-29 per Foxsports.com. It appears that only the Royals and Diamondbacks are worse in day games.

Day game loses hurt worse than night game loses because at least at night after a loss, you can go to sleep soon after and forget about it.

A loss during the day and you have to carry it around the rest of the day.

I guess AM games would depend on where you live. San Francisco fans got to listen (watch?) today's game at 9:35 AM.
