I just heard on 1460 The Fan that the Yankees aren't renewing their contract with AAA affiliate Columbus Clippers for next year. MLB has guaranteed that Columbus will get another team though.
They also mentioned that Columbus will be making a run at the Reds as a possible replacement.
As a Reds fan that happens to live in Columbus, this really got my hopes up. So my questions are, what are the odds of this actually happening. What's the contract like with Louisville right now? Would you like to see this move?
