Chris Young of the Padres currently has a no-hitter against the Pirates through 6 innings.

I just checked MLB gameday and hes gone through 7 innings on only 67 pitches.

So far has only allowed one walk. He walked one batter with 2 outs in the 6th and that has been the only baserunner.

The Texas Rangers acquired pitchers Adam Eaton and Akinori Otsuka, as well as minor-league catcher Billy Killian from the San Diego Padres for pitcher Chris Young, first baseman Adrian Gonzalez and outfielder Terrmel Sledge.

The Rangers are making a run at the Reds for the sheer number of idiotic transactions in the last several years.

Though they haven't *quite* caught them just yet.

Although one could argue that the Soriano trade this spring was as bad as "The Trade". The Rangers trade Soriano for Wilkerson (bust) and then have to go out and spend more resources to rent Lee for the rest of the year (when they could've slid him to the OF as Wash did, if they were willing to put up with the spring training whining).
