Ironically, I just picked up a 1961 Enquirer to sell on eBay and it was the headline saying the Reds had clinched the pennant - we beat the Dodgers.

I know they're the Dodgers. I know they took us to the woodshed this season. I also know they used to be division rivals. But this post season I will be pulling for them because this may be Maddux's last hurrah. For all of those great seasons he had in Atlanta and only come away with one World Series ring has to be a bummer. I would like to see him end up getting one more ring to complement a stellar career like he has had.
