The goofy DP in Mets/Dodgers game

Couple of issues raised by the Kent/Drew double play in yesterday's Mets-Dodgers game.

1. In the box score from the game, Green is only credited with one outfield assist. Is this correct?

2. Hypothetical: if Kent had slid by the plate without being tagged or touching the plate and Drew had come in and been ruled safe, would Drew then be out for passing the runner ahead of him?

I don't know, but that's a fascinating question. Would also raise some questions about the Mets' decisions -- would they go after Drew if they hadn't taken care of Kent yet?

Anybody know if this has ever happened?
