On Baseball America, it says that Bergolla declared for free agency. I never saw anything that said he re-signed with us. But the front page of Reds.com states that he is our best hitting "farmhand" this winter.

What's the story? Thanks.

Yeah the Reds page needs some fact checkers. Bergolla is a free agent and has not been resigned. Also a couple weeks ago the official site ran a story on Prospect Matt Kata's resurgence in the AFL. 1) he is a six year free agent 2) he is most definitely not a prospect
