I've been knocked out with a 104 degree fever for the past 4 days...I finally feel alittle more like myself today. They said Harang had a 101 degree fever the other day so it could be going around the clubhouse.

People will attack Junior for being sick just to feel good about themselves, but if he's got anything close to what I've been dealing with, he's been knocked out cold.

I heard Josh had the flu to start the season, so he spit in the food of other Reds players such as Junior to make them sick so he could get a start. He also took the last business class seat on the PHX to Chicago plane causing Dunn to sit coach thereby leading to Dunn's back spasms.

I'm sure the casual fan won't even bother to check the pitching matchup for tonight. And if they did, I doubt they would know a difference between Milton and Harang.

I don't understand not going to a game because of the starting pitcher. I could see if the forecast called for rain and 25 degree weather but it is going to be a gorgeous night. If I was anywhere close to Cincinnati this weekend, I would be down there in a second. And really, the Reds could have won the games that Milton has pitched this year..

The attendance this year has been embarrassing. I just don't get it. I live in Gainesville, FL so, my only real chances to watch the team are when the play in Atlanta or Miami and, when they do so, I'm just about always there. FWIW, both trips are about 5-6 hours for me - not exactly a quick jaunt.

It's a beautiful Saturday night and the Reds are playing. I can't imagine a better place to be, regardless of who takes the bump. But, that's just me, I guess.

I think Narron must be looking at Gonzalez' .455 BA against lefties and is trying to get this team going against left handers. With the way the other right handers are hitting right now, especially against lefties, maybe Gonzo is the best option in the 5 hole..

How about that I'm near poverty level because my job has cut back my salary and my hours in order (they claim) to stay in business, and I usually only get to make a couple games a year due to my finances. I choose to be specific about who's pitching when I go.

If you can't afford to go every night, that's completely justifiable. No one in his or her right mind should dare give you a hard time about that.

I only have a problem with people who have the means and access to go to a Reds' game and choose not to do so simply because Milton is pitching.

Course, judging by the attendance thus far this season, he's not the only one Reds' fans have chosen to boycott.

Attendence is what it is. Frankly, management needs to get the message that there are genuine fans who DON'T want to come to the ballpark on a beautiful night because of the enmity that Milton has built up over his time here.

You want people to come? Give them a reason to come. Over the years, Milton has done little more than give people a reason to duck. If they choose to save $50.00 and hope from home that he can outduel Hamels, hard to blame them...

I wonder if Gonzo has ever hit in the 5 hole before? Ever.

Lefties really unmask the need for a RH hitting OF'er on this team.

This is not so much anti-Gonzo, at least in my mind, but there is no way on earth this team and FO can seriously think it is playing to win with Gonzo hitting 5th.

He's a nice player, and is hitting the ball well thus far, but unless Dave Ross is your catcher ;) Gonzo hits 8th, everyday.

I'm not arguing that, but I think it's easy to overstate the importance of errors when you're as bad as Milton is; he places himself in situations where there is simply no leeway for the defense. Every play must be letter-perfect.

Believe it or not, the crafty left hander said during the pre-game that the Reds were just 2 percentage points under the league average it getting the running on 3rd to score with 1 outs or no outs....about 53% of the time for the Reds last year.
