I always thought it was "Brennaman and Son Broadcast", but since Marty does most of his work with Brantley who knows?

I have too wondered what the BSB meant...maybe I will try to email Marty during tonite or tommorrow's game...tonite will be hard since I really wont be watching...(Pepsi 400)...and no, the BSB moniker started this year...on a side note, it was nice seeing Steve Stewart on last nite's "Reds Live"

I have been wondering the same.
Brennaman Score Board?
Baseball Score Board?

I'm glad somebody asked this question. It's been bugging me for months, but I just assumed that (since I've only recently rekindled my love affair with the porch, the radio, and adult beverages as the proper way to enjoy baseball) it was some sort of long-standing inside joke. And therefore, asking about it would make me look stupid.

Well: I'm willing to look stupid if it's in a group. Surely somebody must know the answer to this.

If I had to wager a guess, I'd say the dripping-with-smarm tone that Marty uses when he declares the BSB to be "Award Winning" means that at least one of the B's has to be "Brenneman." And I say that without a whit of disrespect, as a man who also believes that everything to which his name is attached is, by definition, fantastimagniforgasmic.

At least 2 or 3 times this week, i have also noticed Marty just going swiftly thru the scoreboard (after the game) rather than giving the details like he used to.
Maybe you can ask this as well.

They've said it about a thousand times. It means Brennaman's and Brantley, hence the BSB.

Well I guess others have been wondering and too embarrassed to ask...as a long time listener I guess I just felt like it was something I had missed. My own theory:
