Griffey gets his 587th homer!
Bobby going 4 for 4 was pretty cool and he made me realize he's a better hitter than Pedro Lopez.
Nice catch by Jr. in the 9th
Overall good game by the Redlegs.

Livingston worked out of 2 bases loaded jams; he will be a good starter for Cincinnati if he can cut down on the number of hits.

I love Bobby Livingston's guts and he's a guy you root for but I don't think he will ever be a servicable pitcher in the majors.

Pedro Lopez, unlike Alex Gonzalez and Juan Castro, can actually play some great D at short.
Now he needs to hit.

I'd have to respectfully disagree about Gonzalez. I would assume with the illness of his son, Alex has a lot on his mind. I can understand that.

i hope livingston sticks as a starter for the reds as stated before the kids got guts. He made Andrew look absolutely dumb a few times last nite. On Pedro Lopez he does play a very good shortstop he just needs time for his hitting to come around. Could be a very good utility player in the coming years.

Perhaps, although I could see him being a decent #5 starter (which I realize isn't saying much). It helps he's a lefty.

Wow. all I can come up with in response to your post. I dont even know why we keep that bum Gonzo on the team, how is he even in the majors?
