What kind of draft picks would they get for the FA losses?

Let's assume they lose the following guys to FA this offseason:
Adam Dunn
Kyle Lohse
Scott Hatteberg
Jeff Conine
David Weathers

am i missing anyone else big?

Dunn will not be a free agent unless the Reds don't pick up his option.

I think it would depend on if they offered them arbitration or not. Dunn would obviously net the biggest return in terms of draft picks. I think Conine is going to retire so he will not make a difference.

Weathers if signed for next year
and Lohse as of now wouldn't net any draft picks

Isn't Hatteberg signed for next year too?

I could be wrong but I believe he is.

No. The Reds hold a 1.85M option for 2008 with a 150K buyout

I think you have to offer them arbitration first, if they decline and another team signs them you get either one or two draft picks between the 1st and 2nd rounds. If they are a Grade A player you get two picks. If they are Grade B you only get one pick. Lohse would be a grade B. Dunn is a Grade A. I am not sure of the others.

I am not sure Lohse would be a Grade B or C . He has had a very bad couple of years, and we might not get any prospects for him.
