I can't say I'm a fan of sending the guy down who just pitched a couple scoreless bullpen innings, but they need to keep an eye on the guy's shoulder. He has a history of injury problems and has complained about some shoulder issues recently. I think Elizardo has some kind of future on this team as he is only 24 but they need to keep him healthy.
