From the National Post

"The Toronto Blue Jays have traded pitcher Justin James to the Cincinnati Reds, completing the deal that saw them acquire infielder-outfielder Buck Coats on Wednesday.

James, 26, split the 2007 season with Class AA New Hampshire of the Eastern League and Class AAA Syracuse of the International League.

The 6-3 righthander posted a combined record of 3-5 record with a 3.89 ERA in 43 games."

here are all his stats

Looks like a groundball pitcher who throws strikes. A possible addition to the bullpen.

He was ranked at the Blue Jays 29th best prospect.

Looks like a nice return for someone that we picked up off waivers and didn't need (i.e. another OF).

he's warm body for AAA that if he steps up and becomes a decent major league pitcher will be great. If he doesn't it's no big deal. Atleast we got something for coats.
