The rumored deal was reported on ESPN 1000 and WGN. And here's a link to a website also reporting a possible deal

Paul Konerko
Joe Crede

Angels trade:
Howie Kendrick
Ervin Santana
Nick Adenhart
Sean Rodriguez

I'm not really sure what the Angels are thinking here...

It makes sense for the Angels except for the inclusion of Adenhart. He's way to valuable to be included in this deal.

I like Konerko, but not that much. He's a proven veteran talent, but defenitly not worth all of that young talent.

White Sox general manager Ken Williams spent Saturday flatly denying a fast-spreading story that Paul Konerko was being traded to the Angels for infielder Howie Kendrick and pitcher Ervin Santana.

"I haven't spoken to [Angels GM] Tony Reagins or anyone with the Angels since the winter meetings [in early December]," Williams said.
