Got my seat location in the mail today with season ticket renewal billing. Very happy with my new location. View level infield box directly behind home plate, Row A (ballpark now uses letters instead of numbers for rows). With only 4 years of seniority, I'm really pleased. Knowing how problematic the Bengals reseating was, I'm wondering if others are relatively happy with their assignments.

For those buying individual tickets or packages later, here are some location details you may be interested in:
1) As you face the field, seat #1 will always be on the aisle to the left
2) Front row is "A", but you might have better seats than you think in certain sections where the first row is...
107 and 108 begin with Row T
109 and 120-121, and 137 begin with Row M
110 and 115-119, 127-131 Begin with Row F
136 begins with Row E
138 begins with Row R
139 begins with Row X
408 and 409 begin with Row J
3) You may be under cover in event of bad weather...
Sections 102-105, Rows K-P under cover
Sections 107-112, Rows HH-OO under cover
Sections 120-121, Rows EE-FF under cover
Sections 127-137, Rows FF-OO under cover
Sections 409-418, Rows P-Q under cover
4) Reds dugout on first base side
5) Reds bullpen behind right field wall, visitor bullpen behind center field wall
6) All seats in GAB will be a minimum of 19" wide
7) Season tickets INCLUDE the two pre-season exhibition games with the Cleveland Indians March 29th and 30th

That's the only interesting information with the renewal forms.

Thanks for the info y2k

My younger brother is getting weekend season tickets this year. It's his 1st year of doing so, so I don't knowwhat kind of seats (as far as location) they will be. But then, I'm not gonna knock free tickets

Man, this is going to make things confusing when buying tickets. At Riverfront all you needed was that circular map of the stadium and you could use the row number to envision exactly what your view would be. With all these whacky row setups, how is one supposed to know how close to the front they are? Maybe we should all print and save this info?

...when I called a week and a half ago - the lady who answered was stuffing the envelopes to be mailed out (partial plans first then season plans after that) - she assured me that if I made a deposit (I had) that I'd be getting the package including RedsFest tickets. Does anyone have a partial season ticket package yet? I guess I'm going to have to wait to call them on Monday to find out what happened if they're not here tomorrow...

For those who do not know the history of this - I got the 25 game weekend package this past season - the only problem was that the seat that I wanted was only available for 23 games - the other 2 games were on the other side of the camera "booth" in the red seats. Anyhoo, every time I call they say that I'm not a season ticket holder and that my account was cancelled after the 2001 season - then I tell them my mismatched seat story - they put me on hold and come back saying that they 'found" me. I don't know how their database is set up, but I would think they could flag my account.

I wonder if I can just go and pick it up down at the offices? Maybe seeing if they are in their new offices!
