I highly doubt this guy will ever have to worry about seeing his picture next to the word intelligent in the dictionary. After hearing him speak... I ain't go no reason to believe that he ain't got no smarts.

And the original crime?!? Robbing K-Mart jewerly. I am sure that is some highly quality stuff that can fetch all of $50 in total from the black market. Nice...

Don't they give people with very-very low IQs a chance to have their charges reduced or dropped? I think we have a candidate.

Having worked with public defenders, I can say I would not want that job for all the world. Criminals like to do a lot of stupid stuff and then expect their appointed counsel to be Johnny Cochrane.
