This game will be on MLB.com. I think, starting tomorrow, the Reds will carrying the rest of the spriing games.
No score after 1.5 innings. Freel, Bruce, and Bako each have a hit. The box score says Bruce was picked off second base.

Highlight so far: Amidst boos from the crowd, the T-shirt slingshot operator is not in midseason form.
First shot fell out while the slingshot was being pulled back. The subsequent shot ended up in the Reds dugout.

I am about to explode with anger at the thought of Paul Bako being better defensively than David Ross because he can "handle a pitching staff" and all David Ross can do is actually get the throw to second base!
Phillips and EE with RBI's in the 3rd. 2-0 Reds.
Pray for Fogg has pitched well so far today.
3 IP, 2 hits, 0 ER, 1 BB, 3 K
Freel is 2-3 with a run. Bruce is 2-2.
"The Dragon Slayer" is on his game today.
5 IP, 3 hits, 0 ER, 1 BB, 3 K
McBeth and Salmon have each pitched a scoreless inning. McBeth struck out one. Salmon struck out three and walked one.
Go Tim Salmon. He's making a big bid for a spot in the pen.

When did Tim un-retire and become a pitcher?;) Just messin' with ya.
I think Salmon is the forgotten man ever since the Reds cut him from the 40-man roster.
Salmon's updated spring numbers:
5 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 3 BB, 8 K
And his short big league stint last season wasn't all that bad IMO - .705 OPSA and 22 strikeouts in 24 innings.
Marcus McBeth is also having a solid spring.
Colina had a 2 run double in the 8th, followed by an RBI single from Andy Phillips. 5-0 Reds. Coutlangus to pitch the bottom of the 8th.

Salmon still at 0.00 ERA. Does he have a shot.
sorry, just saw others talking about this. I bet he gets a few more innings.
Cout throws a scoreless 8th. He gave up two hits and struck out two.

I'd say it's an upstream climb

As long as Salmon is not on the 40 man that likely means he'll have to begin the year in Louisville. They've got to be convinced he can stick in the majors because he'd likely have to clear waivers if after bringing him up they decided to send him back down. But that's good to hear he's doing well
