FSN is funny for today's game

Got the 16x9 screen ration on the 4:3 ratio lol. I know its in hd but you dont set it up for hd on the 4:3 screen ratio lol looks scrunched up in 4:3 mode. I got directv lol

I was just coming out here to ask someone who has Time Warner Cable if the ratio was off for them too. Before I call DirecTV to see whats wrong, I wondered if it was DTV or whether it is FSN that is the source of the non-HD broadcast. So, TWC customers, is the game in HD/proper ratio for you?

I have a 16x9 hd tv so its ok for me I just got the SD choice package since my mom wont let me upgrade to get HD channels.

The commercials look normal is 4:3 mode but the game doesn't unless in 16x9 lol. If they dont know hoew to use the hd equipment then dont use it and hire people that know how to use it lol.

Same here in Dayton on TW. It's not the provider, it's FSN. So much for this game being in HD I guess.

I have Dish Network and its the same I thought I was seeing things.

This all would be dependent upon your television's settings, but mine has an aspect setting and if I set it to 4:3 expanded it will at least quit making people look tall and thin. It still isnt in HD but it looks normal at least.

Couldn't fsn use the pittsburgh feed wfor video with are anouncers if they could have not even got a showing of the game or even the pittsburgh feed totally.

Just checked, Pittsburgh's broadcast today isnt in HD. Besides, all of Pittsburgh's promotional messages and graphics package would be broadcast in Cincy. Not good.

Since the lack of video when they came back the 4:3 I think looks normal now.

Yep, it was squashed for me yesterday too on TW in Columbus. I wondered what was going on!
