Title says it all.

Depends really on who is available, but I would like to see us trade down and secure more picks. We could add a wideout late in the first round such as Limas Sweed, James Hardy, or DeSean Jackson, and then focus on defense in the later rounds. We have a ton of holes that really need filled by quantity and quality at the same time. Trade down and get the best players at those positions.

I don't mean to pick on you at all WVRed, but I think everyone would like to trade out of the top 10 for more picks. I just don't think its realistic to expect.

Give me one of the d-lineman, one of them will fall to us.

Sedrick Ellis or Glenn Dorsey would be ideal.

Ellis. D-Line help and Dorsey won't be there.

Dorsey or Ellis, but I picked Ellis because if either of them fall to #9 it will be Ellis.

Defense, defense, defense...and avoid bad character guys...

Vernon Gholston.

Unfortunately I don't see any remote chance of him falling to the Bengals.

Everyone has already said it, but the is a skewed poll because two or more of these players will not be available to draft at #9.

I guess the question you are asking is who should the Bengals take if they drafted #1?

How about instead we say:

1. Trade #9 plus our 2d and 4th(or 5th) rounder to go up and get Gholston or Dorsey at 3.
2. Trade our 3rd + a 6th to go up and get Ellis at 6 or 7.
3. Sit tight at 9 and take Clady.
4. Trade down to 15 or 16 and get nothing more than a late 3rd or early 4th to do so.

Personally i would go with option 2.

** Note: Yes, i realize I am making trade ups very cheap, but since every team in the league is trying to trade down, the market has to adjust. Heck, word is that the loser celebrated when they lost the coin flip and had to pick after the other two teams just because of the money they would save.

Not necessarily. We have a ton of holes to fill and while we could stand pat and draft most likely Sedrick Ellis, we could find a team looking to move up.

I'd love to see McFadden fall to 9 and then take everything Dallas has to offer.

Dorsey, Ellis or trade down.

Dorsey, Ellis or trade down.

Exactly. On a positive note, McNair retiring should pretty much guarantee Ryan goes in the top 8 (the Ravens will take him if he's there.) Hopefully Ellis (or Dorsey) slides because of that.

We really need Jake Long to go in the first four picks. That way, Kansas City will probably select another lineman (Clady or Albert) and Ellis should slide to #9. We can only hope.

Does anyone realistically see Dorsey falling to #9? I just can't fathom it.

The only way I see him falling is if teams are worried about his health.

Yikes. I should probably read things before I type.
