Clearly they belong at the top. Somebody needs to tell Dusty that 7-8-9 is just the same as 9-1-2, but with fewer chances to make those outs.

Good to see Patterson "make something happen". Further example of my claim that "speed", especially for speed's sake, in front of the heart of your lineup is a waste.

2nd & 3rd with 1 out would look a lot nicer than just 2nd with 2 outs.

The young Reds get that call on them every time. They also get strikes called that are 4-6 inches off the outside edge. It's really starting to frustrate me. I can't imagine how much it is frustrating them. I see it happen to Bruce, Votto, and EE more than anyone.

Cueto walks Berroa. That is very, very hard to do. A good slider down and away to him and he's a lock to chase it. Instead they threw fastball and inside sliders.

Been that way since the start, manager has always put the low on base percentage guys on top of the order. Has cleanup batter who hits poorly against right handers etc. CF and SS bat one two regardless of whether they are poor hitters or not. Insists on respect batting third even if they struggle badly against left handed pitchers.
