It all hinges on Dusty baker doing any double switches.....especially in the 9th....if this does not happen and they still lose, well then it's Bob Boone's fault.

Bruce/Kepp
Votto
Dunn

Now that bugs the heck out of me. 2-0 count on EdE and he swings at a fastball on the outside part of the plate and pulls a groundball to SS. Way too often does this team take weak swings on 2-0 pitches.

The Reds could easily have a 5-game winning streak right now and in the drivers seat for a sixth win. They won the last game in Chicago and the first two in Milwaukee. They led 2-0 in Milwaukee but it could have been worse...the Reds had the bases loaded and nobody out and only managed one run. Bray allowed a walk to Fielder in the 6th which ended up allowing the tying run. The Reds a very winnable game by the score of 3-2. Yesterday the Reds led 8-6 in the 9th and were two outs away from a win but Cordero completely lost his stuff and the game.

Now tonight we have a 5-2 lead. Win those two games and the Reds would currently be 48-49 with a chance to get to .500 tonight.
