Cordero attached to banned trainer

Cordero's name showed up attached to Angel Presinal, the trainer who was banned from MLB clubhouses since 2001. What I want to know is this: Did the Reds know about this before they signed him? So many questions....

Being associated with the trainer because he owns a gym in the D.R. where most all dominican players workout, and A-Rod paying for the banned trainer to travel with you for the entire 2007 season are two entirely different things.

I guess if there was anyone on the roster who was 'attached' to any banned substances; I'd guess Cordero would be the guy. Just a gut feeling and for no particular reason; but he did come out of Texas which is Steroid Central.
