Jerry Crasnick gives the Reds a pretty favorable preview. Even thinks if the younger guys progress nicely, 90 wins isnt out of the equation.

Doesn't every GM in the league subscribe to that approach?

Not the Yankees. They subscribe to the monumental upgrade to whatever position they want!
