This has got to be a joke, right?

I sure hope it's a joke...otherwise the Cowboy might be headed for Brokeback Mountain!

It's a joke. He's just trying to get a reaction. His wife probably put him up to it.

You'd think he'd at least know how to spell Marty's last name...lol

I still can't make up my mind whether I like Cowboy or hate him.I think that 50 years down the road he could sound a lot like Nuxhall did.I'm not sure if thats a good or bad thing.

Did he just get out of the shower in that picture?

I like how he refers to himself as a "star" reliever. I can see that Cowboy likes him some Cowboy ;)

I thought at first the article was written by someone else to poke fun at Brantley. If not, good lord, he writes like he talks which is painful read even more so than to listen to.

This is what I was referring to when I asked if it was a joke. I clearly do not think this was written by Brantley.

Joey Votto is by far Cincy's MVP and I'm a total fan, but that play he made today was about the dopiest thing I've ever seen on a baseball field. You know the one I mean. He scoops up a roller over first base and only needs to take one step to the bag to make the put-out. So what's Joey do? Lobs one to the pitcher who is 3 or 4 strides away, who then proceeds to drop the ball...all hands are safe. Nobody ended up scoring so it didn't matter but it had me winding up with the remote.
