Jay Bruce to play in Dominican Winter league this offseason

No link, but Jay's girlfriend is a friend of mine and she was saying that the Reds want Jay to play in this league in the offseason and he's going to do it. Just thought I'd pass along the tidbit of information. I think its good, Jay will get some added time to work on his game and be ready for 2010.

Will he be 100% before DWL starts? Last thing I want to see is him only at 80% go there and reinjure himself and miss significant 2010 time.
