Cincinnati State basketball

My alma mater, James Madison, just received a commitment from Jay Millen of Cincinnati State. They are supposedly also in the running for his teammate, Rayshawn Goins.

I know Cincy St. had a very strong team in the JUCO ranks this year but I wondered if any of you locals follow the team and have any insight into the talent level of these two players.
