Is English not Andres native language? Other than that, I'm wondering how a scout determines what is "excellent" and what is "very good". Do these scouts more or less play the game of writing as many reports as they can and then throwing them against the proverbial wall to see what sticks? Not meaning to criticize, just curious. I also wonder how a scout determines a player's "worth".
