Stubbs has been pretty good with men on base. Not a bad idea to get the man over to third for Stubbs.

I'd feel differently with a righty pitcher. Tough lefty against Bruce, not terrible to bunt.

But I'm wrong because it didn't work. Didn't come close to working.

Stubbs has been pretty good with men on base. Not a bad idea to get the man over to third for Stubbs.

I'd feel differently with a righty pitcher. Tough lefty against Bruce, not terrible to bunt.

But I'm wrong because it didn't work. Didn't come close to working.

With a 4 run lead....I'd rather see Bruce get a full at bat against a quality lefty.

Decent start by Harang tonight....but threw a TON of balls. Hopefully it's a good momentum builder for him, especially after getting out of a tight jam in the 7th.

Judgment call, i guess. Wonder how many times Bruce has been asked to bunt in his career? Not many, I'd guess.

Agree, Bruce didn't look like a polished bunter.

One out for DRH. Let's get through this inning, Danny.

Logan O coming in....

Short leach for DRH. You have to wonder why he's on the roster if they have no more faith in him than that.

I want to officially say that I was wrong about Harang, and glad I was. He's not back to the Harang of old, but he's been a solid inning eater since his first few outings. I thought he was done as a starter.

Notice how Dusty suddenly has confidence in Logan Ondrusek. I think he now prefers Logan to Del Rosario.

Logan needs to come through here and get these two outs. Big spot for him.

What an amazing play by Brandon. That is incredibly difficult. That was all arm, no body or legs to get behind the throw, and it was a strike in the air. When I saw him throw it, I thought for sure Joey was gonna have to try to scoop it.

I think that is the end of DRH.

He'll probably stick around until Bray is ready. Reds will want a lefty to replace DRH and Bray is the obvious guy. Will take a bit longer, probably.

Dusty told us today that he wants Owings for longer stretches.

He pinch hit for Logan last inning.

I support this decision. Big game, wouldn't play around, I like using Coco here.

Not just because its a not a save chance... But I'd like to see Rhodes and CoCo some time off.... Just a little

Yeah, but that won't get him on Sports Center. ;) Edmunds must have taught him to field at some point.

Bottom 3rd of the order with a 4 run lead, you could've just let Owings closed it, but it's not like Cordero has been used a lot lately.

CoCo is the only one left in the Pen to use tonight (That hasn't been used tonight or last night other then Owings)... I'd rather of not used him just for GP, but it is what it is....

Nice game by Aaron. Probably one of the best I've seen him throw this year.

And how about Cabrera this year? Can I get a witness?

And that Bruce bunt attempt in the 7th, when we were nailing Affeldt, was simply a ridiculous call, or a bad decision on Bruce's part.

Give Corky Miller some credit. He does an excellent job back there, and I'd keep him with Harang.
