With that in mind, BA assistant editor Conor Glassey spent the past year interviewing area scouts, talking to them about specific aspects of their job, with a specific focus on the skills they look for in players and how they judge them.

I ran into this article at work because we get free copies of BA, and then I just saw Jim Callis tweet the article, so I thought i'd post it since it is free. I loved every second of it and it was very interesting..enjoy.

I thought this article was about Bronson Arroyo and kept looking in the article for his name lol, might want to edit it a bit to be more clear.
