im reading this board and i hear all these wild ideas about getting carl crawford, or trading for greinke, or josh johnson and hanley, or trading BP4, or unloading cordero. and i know thats all fun to do and speculate but im thinking to myself is this organization really just gonna start making wild moves like this?
i think trades could be in the work but not to the level i hear on here, something to a much smaller scale. i also think crawford is a very long shot and wouldnt be surprised if he is not on the organizations radar. i think they look to more affordable and realistic upgrades for their payroll.
i know its cool to talk about but are we all expecting a crazy offseason that turns out to be all hype w/ nothing big changing?
