A little Fantasy help Please

This Fantasy stuff is all new to me. I am in two types of leagues one is the roto Leagues and the other is head to head. My question is how many players play at once, how many pitchers pitch, and ect.? This stuff is all Greek to me so if some one could explain how it works I would be very thankfull.

Ok, I'm going to need some more info before I can try to help you. Different leagues have different parameters so it's hard to tell you how many people you can start, etc. without info.

How big are the rosters? What are the positions?

I can try to help, but another thing that you may want to do is contact the commish of your league. He can clear up any questions you might have.
