This is what I have based on Cot's Baseball Salaries and guesses about who makes the team, plus other obligations. It does not include deferred money:

Hanigan 0.5
Votto 8
Philips 11.1
Rolen 6.5
Janish 0.5
Lewis 1
Stubbs 0.5
Bruce 2.75
Gomes 1.75
Alonso 0.6
Cairo 1
Renteria 2.1
Hernandez 3
Heisey 0.5
Arroyo 6.5
Volquez 2
Cueto 3
Wood 0.5
Leake 0.5
Cordero 12.1
Arrendondo 1
Masset 1.5
Burton 0.75
Bailey 0.5
Bray 0.65
Chapman 1
Ondrusek 0.5
Harang 2
Cabrera 1

Total 73.3

Thank god we have Stubbs for 2 more years of indentured servitude before he is arbitration eligible.

Pro Baseball reference always has a good summary of current contracts and estimates of arbitration dealings:

This is not intended as an accurate payroll accounting for current. Trades are not prorated, new debuts are not added, incentives are not included.
All salary values are VERY unofficial. On occasion, we have estimated arbitration eligibility. Signing bonuses are as of now all assumed to have been paid at the time of signing.
For information like contract history, contract incentives, and more, we heartily recommend Cot's Contracts
Unsigned players salaries are estimated based on the last three years of salary data:
$500k for pre-arbitration, $2.33M for 1st-year arb, $3.75M for 2nd-year-arb, $5M for 3rd-year-arb, $6.25M for 4th-year-arb.

Cot's is a much better source.

Cot's hasn't done an update yet.

I see the Reds have a '12 option on Phillips. Wonder if they pick it up or renogiate a longer term contract with him. Probably depends on the how the triple A guys develop this year.......if any are ready to assume second base major league duties.
