Thought I would reach out here, as who knows better than my fellow Red brethren.....
I need a good software site that allows me to design my home from scratch, or at least give me a shell and let me decide at least 80% of the house.....I am new to this so I might need to hire a eng. to design a custom home, I dont know?
Where are we from a economic standpoint? is the economy headed good enough in the right direction to get loan without having to lay 30% down?
I am going to be my own contractor as I can do most of my work, and what work I cannot do I can sub out and organize it....has anyone done this and had issues with the bank?
any ideas or suggestions will help...thanks redlegs
