Wish we could have even though he will be remembered as a Mariner. Link (http://gregjohns.mlblogs.com/archives/2011/02/tuesday.html?partnerid=fb-sea-11-02-15)

I wouldn't rule it out in the future. Other question. What will Junior's role be in the future in the world of baseball. Hitting coach? Manager? Owner?

It really makes me sick to see him going back to the Mariners even as a consultant...

Hopefully he's allowed to take naps in this position, lol. He's not a guy I would want as a consultant/coach/manager. In my opinion he was overloaded with talent, but never had that fire inside him about baseball. Great player with Seattle (obviously), he just doesn't remind me of management material.

Agreed, give me guys like Morgan and Soto any day over Griffey.
